Jim Beam is Bourbon, american whisky. harsher in taste than irish, because it's only distilled twice, rather than 3 times, but still nicer IMHO than scotch, which is usually distilled once and has a peaty taste due to the way the grain is dried. here endeth the lesson ;) |
