Paul,I am sorry love. Look after yourself as it is a really awful 'flu' I was ill for six weeks.I had all of the symptoms you describe aand a dreadful cough. The coughing exhausted me and it was that which lasted so long. The actual fever bit lasted a whole 7 days. I am usually one of these 3 days ill and bounce back types, but it floored me. I have never been so exhausted. Pamper yourself and rest as much as you can.Plenty of fluids and paracelemol-- Get well soon -HUGS ROSE

Here's a (hug) for you - be warned though I got flu in Nov which then went to bronchitis, had antibiotics, inhalers and chest xray and the bloody thing is still hanging around, seems better for a day or two then flares up again, been told now my childhood asthma could be back. Just blame it on the good old british weather lol. Beve
