LOL..... If you'd looked at that ahead of time it may have been an indication that you were going to feel like you do today! A good time to avoid making importand decisions or booking meetings etc ..... there's plenty to read up on biorhythms. If you study them often and also make a note of how you feel at certain times as well as noting your own ....erm monthly status*blush* and maybee even the cycle the moon is in if that affects you .... then you know when it's gonna be a dodgy time for you. Deanna, i didnt give up for long...i made 3 -4 days when i was really ill....but back to smoking like a little trooper now. Try looking at: http://mindbluff(.)com/bior(.)htm Input your date of birth and hit GO...... have a look at where your biorhythms are for today. When any of the coloured lines crosses the midpoint it's known as a crisis day. All sorts of crap can happen depending which line it is. If a line is at the bottom of it's curve i.e 100% negative then just take it easy on whichever trait it is. Hope that makes sense.
