I know what you mean Bec! I went to my cousin's new year's eve party last year (she was 17, but she's now 18), thinking it would be a laugh. I didn't realise how immature they all are! I wasn't that bad, surely?!? LOL. Needless to say, I drank too much and was sick before 12! Embarrassing! |

ah.robert flux i cannot remeber.problem was i had been to 4 secondary schools over a period of 4 years as my father was a publican in the area and surrounding areas so moved about alot.the ones i had mentioned were very dear schoolfriends who i used to hang about withxxxxxx(: |

I HATED MY SCHOOL AND COULDN'T WAIT TO LEAVE but it did get better in the 6th form as I could finally drop all the subjects I hated, and you got to go home early if you didn't have lessons in the afternoon. You didn't have to wear uniform (though they were quite strict about what you could wear - minimal jewellery, no makeup, no trousers, tops had to have sleeves, etc). Most staggering, the teachers actually asked you for your opinion!!!! So my class would be that of 1973-4. Only in touch with one girl now, a children's book illustrator. School has been demolished - I would have taken part in taking it apart if I'd known. nell |
