The only Problems That I am Having Are with Genes. No the Pc is working Fine Its not Slow. Its not Freezing or Crashing. Every other website I go to is fine This is the only site Where I am Having Any Trouble As of yet I am still waiting for a reply fron Genes as to Why and How after they have loaded my Tree Yesterday it has been deleted Yet Again Maureen

I Do my Pc Maintainance Every Fortnight. Where I defrag the works. Spyware programs Etc Every Day I am Pulling my hair out. Maureen

I wish I knew what to say Maureen. Vikki has just very kindly sent me the addy for the PAF5, which I'll use myself later. This could happen to any one of us, I only hope you can get whatever it is figured out. Magi x

Maureen How awful for you, is this happening anywhere else on your Pc? hubby says it sounds like a Trojan or worm has been put into your Pc so that someone else has access to all your passwords etc. You need to get it sorted quickly if so. Whatever it turns out to be i hope you get it sorted soon. Yvette

I use the comp My son uses the comp My daughter uses the comp We each have different desktops. We each have our own passwords I am Administrator My Children are not doing This I logged off at 2 This morning. I signed on at 10 to Find My Genes Password has been changed. Between 2 last night and 10 this morning. I dont think so Maureen

Okay I know this sounds a bit paranoid but if its not her and I don't see how any of us could do it could it be someone with access to her computer? If so, she should password protect her PC then start again. Just a thought. Julie xxx

I don't know if you have been following the threads of fellow GR member Maureen Vickers on the Tips and Records boards. This poor lady has had her tree deleted 4 times in the past 3 weeks from this site. This is despite changing her password every time it has happened. This morning she logged on to find that her password had been changed since she went to bed last night. She has been in contact with GR but they are saying that she must be doing it herself! Poor Maureen is now in tears over this. I know what a wonderful bunch of peeps you are, so come on, let's get our heads together and get something done! You never know, it might happen to us one day!
