I dont like excess fat either but sometimes we are not able to control our weight, whether we are male or female. Personally, I had never had a weight problem until I had to go onto steroids and it can be very depressing when this happens. I dont 'bare all' as I would feel very selfconcious, but if someone else feels comfortable with it, then that is up to them, we dont have to look if we dont like it. Live and let live. June xx

Ah Paul, don't be too serious, life is full of fun, really! I enjoy life every day, and why should I stop looking at men at my age - then you are old! Sylvia xxx

I have to admit to having a penchant for a well built man.

wouldnt have thought women of your generation would have been looking at men in that way . would have thought a bloke that had manners , personality and his personal hygene was up to standard his build wouldnt worry many people. People tend to like me for what I am not what other people want me to be . If thats not satisfactory for that individual then they leave me well alone lol.

Ah Paul, let's not bring age into this. Mind you, I don't like to see older people showing off their figures. Let's face it, we are not what we were, are we? I always try and dress well, up to date. Even my grandson says I don't look a grandma. And he's 18! Sylvia xxx

Sylvia I agree with Lou in that all body sizes and shapes have their merits and am very anti this thinking of the day that we should all be slim young and toned to show a bit of flesh:)

I'm overweight but a 'Beer Belly Bra' as said earlier would be no good to me dont have a beer belly. wouldnt have thought it would matter to someone of your age anyway sylvia Paul

David, No I don't profess to being a stunner, but nor do I hang my extra flesh out for all to see. Anyway, women don't go around taking off their blouses like men take off their shirts. Ugh, ugh, ugh. Sylvia xxx

My particular favourite is the hipster/crop top/ stretch mark combo - I always follow them and see how many wobbles to the mile when they strut along. Almost got caught once.

I daren't appear in a bikini at the beach. Greenpeace would turn up and insist on rolling me back in the water, thinking they are saving a blubber whale, lol.

Speaking for myself Sylvia, despite not having a good body I still get take my top off because I don't give a toss what anyone thinks - if you don't like, don't look! Think you'll find there are overweight women who wear bikinis and swimsuits too :S I take it you're a stunner :)
