i think your probably righ jacq!! I tend to do that, i lie in bed, and think of things i need to do, or worry about things i shouldnt, and before i know it i'm wide awake even though i was dead tired when i climbed into bed.

I think half the trouble is women tend to lie there and think of all things that have gone wrong or can go wrong, problems, things to do. All sorts of things run through my mind when I should be in the land of nod! You are not alone Diana.... It isn't that late for me only 11.37pm but sleep doesn't come easy.. Jacquie xxxx

Why has my sleep pattern changed so much? I have been awake since 10am yesterday and I am not the slightest bit tired now although I have tried to sleep!! What can I do to get it back to normal?
