Not eating or drinking anything at the moment. Was very good and resisted opening bottle of red to wash down the lasagne. I will have a cup of tea in a bit. Don't feel too sorry for me, I have had red and white wine at the weekend. nell

On Sunday night I was up all night with a child who could vomit for England. I didn't sleep well last night and I've been on auto pilot today. I don't function unless I have gallons of caffeine. I have a blinding headache and my idea of heaven is a milky coffee to mellow me out. I'll be back in training for a glass of wine by Friday. Louise

After steak and mushroom pie with veg i've had a couple of cans of stella before settling down to watch cutting it on TV. It's made me laugh for the last 3 or 4 years and now it's all about cancer and I can't sleep for thinking about Mum. Dean's had a busy day and he's out for the count - anyone got a hug going spare? Love Jack [wishing I was in Crete and missing Mum lots] x
