Sue, just to let you know that I have been thinking of both you and Alan today. Give him a big cuddle from me, and tell him it is from the Tall Geordie Lass, who has a West Midlands accent. I am sure he will know who it is from. Will never forget him saying that. I will phone you tomorrow, as promised. Love Jenny. xxxx Just keep on looking forward. We have that Sauna and Steam room to look forward to. |

..... for most of you who do not know, my mother in law died [peacefully] yesterday. but to make things even worse, my father in law, who has dementia- as been unwell today. right now my lovely hubby is with him waiting for the ambulance to take him to hospital to sort him out. i cannot imagine how alan must be feeling because i am finding it hard enough......... sue. |

thanks to everyone who has sent messages and e mails of support today. it was so nice, and helped enormously. sue. x the specialist has seen harry [5pm yesterday] in the hospital, and is in agreement with us , that he cannot go home to live alone. when his treatment is sorted, they have found a 'halfway house' for him, to fully assess his needs. then [fingers crossed] a suitable home can be found for him. we feel as though a big weight has been lifted ! harry even admitted to us the other day that he does not want to go back to his bungalow, because he will be lonely ! so hopefully the transition will be easier than we thought it would. sue [feeling brighter than she has for the last few awfull days !] |
