Hi Jenny, sorry to hear about your back.. Hope it gets better soon, I know from experience how a painful back can drag you down. Probably best not to sit or lie in one postition for too long as it will be twice as painful if it stiffens up. Take care Ann Glos |

Many thanks for your messages. I have had to have a lie down, but it has taken me 20 minutes to get up off the sofa, so going to try and potter around a bit. Hoping to stay off the Codiene Phosphate, so I can have some wine later tonight. Daisy, 'Sticking tongue out to you' I had not had a drink when I fell, so there. But sure have some catching up to do though. Lol. Has anyone got a sun lounger to lend me? Think I am just going to lie in the garden for the rest of the day with a good book. Jenny x |

Jenny, You really must give up these acrobatic displays! Seriously, I'm really sorry you've injured yourself and are in pain. Perhaps you could join me (and my knee) in the sick bay, then we could sit and feel sorry for ourselves together and have a good old natter! LoL David's gone off to the Lone Star State this morning, and he's taken one of Gaynor Bear's mini-cousins, 'Gee-nah Bear' with him. I've sewn a little US flag on a cocktail stick into her hands, so he's going to try and get some photos of her with views of Texas - or at least Houston - in the background. If he does, I'll send you some. I'm hoping he might get a few sponsors over there for the Relay. LoL Take care of yourself and DON'T try and do too much too soon. Get properly well first.
