I would tell any lady on here, no matter how slow you are, its not about winning, its the taking part, there were ladies on crutches....all completed it, all stars! Next stop for me, the 10 klm race......oh ek!!

Gaynor gave me a big pink teddy for my birthday this year, so teddy sat on my shoulder all the way....poor teddy is a bit tired lol

Carol (my wife) did her run a couple of nights ago, I was really proud of her, she did it in 43 minutes, jogging and walking, not bad for a mid fifties woman who did no training. Like some of you she wanted to put a bit back after she was saved 6 years ago. She raised over £300 in sponsorship. Good on yer Cal. Ron ww.genealogyprinetrs(.)com
