I dare not fill it in - not a lot of point in doing so if I do not tell the truth and if I do - I may not survive! And the fact that I think that probably says it all.

I didn't look at first because I thought it was the one I had already done but it is entirely different. Mother Abbess, go for it, I have. Sorry, I was thinking of another one. My comments were: ''The speed is horrendous. For a fee-paying site, it should be greatly improved upon; the money generated from the fees must be able to improve on the speed and prevent the site crashing as it it does every day nearly at present. The criteria for removal from the site is incomprehensible especially considering two recently removals. I would be happy to discuss the removals and to request their reinstatement. They were two helpful people with tremendous knowledge who enjoyed helping and enjoyed life. I know of no other site to which I subscribe that does not have moderators - I do not refer solely to family history. On other sites the moderators would sensibly leave certain threads in place when they do not need to be deleted. In this regard, I refer to the people who recently were removed; these people frequently gave intelligent, knowledgeable help on the tips board. Many people hesitate to post now.''

Just done it.....because I couldn't get into the boards..... When they ask for one improvement, I said TO GET IN!!! and then added a long statement!!!! Let's hope it works.... Abbess definitely go for it .....I have!!!! You are a member and they are asking our opinion....give it. Jacquie xxxx

Yes, I have now. Didn't notice it before. Gave me a chance to select all the negative options and have a word about keep getting thrown back - eventually - to page 1 of everything. Archaic, needs a good overall does GR Jan

Yes - i've done it Chrissie. I said it would be useful if there was a facility we could use to prevent certain people from replying to one's threads. It could save a whole lot of trouble by avoiding petty confrontation by those who only reply to wind up.

Have done the survey now.. got a message saying thankyou but then they logged me off the site! and I had to log back in again....I wasn't rude with my comments either, didn't think that was very nice of them. Sue
