Bought my first house for £32,000 in 1995 newly built, sold it 8 years later for £46,000. Bought this house which needed a lot of work before the increase for £22,000 and if I put it on the market now its worth around anything from £95,000 to £120,000. Yep its going on the market next year, so I can buy another old house that needs work. Yvonne
