Susie - You just cope with what they throw at you don't you? It's a great life for him out there. He's been pulled from the draw for residency so all's looking good. ....THEN once he's got that me and Phil could retire out there under the Relatives Scheme!...BUT what about daughter and grandaughter in Gloucester?.....I think I'll move to LA - I'll be in the middle then LOL Apart from a quick trip to Spain when I was 18 I hadn't flown, so I was terrified when we flew to NZ - I was fine. I even flew home without vallium! It was a 26 hour flight with a 2 hour stopover in LA. If I can do it - he can too! Magsxx

Hi Susie! No, you're not soppy!! You're just a loving Mum & Grandma, & i'd have done just the same!!! That feeling of wanting to protect them never goes even when they're older. They'll be ok, i'm sure. Have a big mug of coffee & chat to us we'll try & take your mind off it, especially me as I will dig out all my brick walls for you to knock down!! lol!! I will keep you busy !! (((((hug))))))) Joan x
