The fob card has your account no. on it! Oh well, as long as nobody can get my address through the computer, I guess it's safe. Lily

My daughter promptly gave her dad her new key fob. Now when HE buys petrol, SHE gets the points. As Elaine says, it would be no worse than losing your club card.

The key fobs only have a barcode on them If someone scans the barcode then all points will go to the adressee. The person who finds the key fob will not see any info and will not be sent any info The address will not be given out. All the cashier sees is the clubcard number, the computor in the till does the rest behind the scenes. All corrospondance will go to the rightfull owners address. Anyone finding the key fob will not be able to find out your address. It will be no diffrent to using or losing your clubcard. Elaine x

I received me new one today, together with two Key Fobs (with my account number on them). It occurred to me that, if I lost my house and car keys, with a Tesco fob attached, it could be giving anyone finding them my address! Welcome all burglars... I looked at Tesco's website and was able to pick up details of my statement by simply keying in my account no. I tried to read the address shown on statement (was it mine?) with a magnifying glass, but was unable to tell. Am I better staying with the card and throwing away the key fobs? Lily
