Dilly, How did I guess! LoL Libra is a sign under the influence of Venus! So Librans incline towards romance, charm, prettiness, pleasant surroundings, creature comforts and luxury. Extravagance is a fault, especially when entertaining. A Libran host would take great care over who was on the guest list and who they all sat next to. Librans aim for balance and harmony in their lives. They hate discord and quarrelling and are happiest when there is give-and-take in their relationships. This sounds like a recipe for perfection, but it can lead to being indecisive, sitting on too many fences and trying to be 'all things to all people' just to achieve that longed-for harmony. There is a danger that 'let's wait and see' could mean 'missing the boat'. They are usually optimistic and cheerful, naturally diplomatic and love company. Partnerships of all kinds are important to them, but they do 'weigh' others in the the balance before deciding to ally themselves with another person, and anyone who doesn't measure up to their standards won't be on the guest list. They tend to have their own list of their 'in crowd', but an equal number feature on their 'no-no list'. Unlike Leo, who wants to be everybody's friend, Libra will only be your friend if you 'measure up'. Libra is an Air sign. and is probably the one most inclined to being 'airy fairy' in that they can overdo the romantic notions and live in a dreamy, perfect world of their own making, whilst ignoring the big, bad, nasty outside world. However, that's not to say Librans wouldn't intervene in 'heavy' disputes as mediators and try to act as peacemakers. A career as a diplomat would also suit the more down-to-earth Libran, who would take well to being in the public eye. Any pursuit to do with artistry, music, luxury and pampering is ideal for them - a career in fashion, jewellery, hairdressing, beauty culture, restoration of antiques, etc , could appeal, and it's rare to find a Libran who doesn't take a great deal of trouble ove their appearance. Bow, Your daughter probably has characteristics of both Pisces and Aries, like my son - who also has the Sun in Pisces. Although the Sun was still in the last few degrees of Pisces when your daughter was born, Mercury and Venus and other planets could well have been in Aries. This example illutrates very well the importance of not paying too much attention to most horoscopes in the popular press. They are prepared using the same Ascendant sign as the Sun-sign, so they cannot apply equally to everyone born within a Sun-sign. The characteristics of each adjacent Sun-sign are quite different, but the Ascendant sign and planet placements within the natal chart will determine how typical a person is of their Sun-sign or not. I am a Virgo. Modest, intelligent, down to earth, wise, discreet critical and opinionated. I would say i am a typical virgo, with all the good points, but none of the bad..lol and as you lot hardly know me, you cant disagree!

im a cancarian typically too daughters leo, yeh shes typical of leo , hubby and son are both capricorns, and well hubbys typical, sons getting there, but more calm type of capricorn

Vivienne, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to ignore your post. I just had to go away and do something else. --- My apologies for disappointing you, but I'm afraid I don't consider that I know any of you nearly well enough to take guesses about you. It's something I wouldn't do, as I feel it devalues a subject which has been demonised and had more than enough detractors for many centuries. It's something I take seriously and like to do properly, and it has been one of my main hobbies for the past 40 years. I don't regard it lightly or as a sort of 'parlour game'. I've only ever drawn up charts and interpretations for family or close friends and, because the interpretations are extremely time-consuming, I only offer to do them for certain people. I am already working on 5 charts at present. Privately, I've made deductions as to the prominent astrological influences in the charts of various GR members, who I've come to know quite well, and been proven right. In one particular case the results have, so far, been outstanding. At present, I have some other personal projects on hand, plus organising the London Gaynor Bear Relay which is due to take place in the autumn. Now that I've finally got a decent PC and my own printer, I may well take up astrology professionally in a few months' time. If I do, I'll be pleased to take on clients, but GR don't allow advertising, so it would need to be done by different means. Please don't think I'm being awkward or 'chickening out', I'm just not prepared to make guesses on flimsy evidence. I can, of course, give general charactertistics for each of the twelve signs, but if you wish to know more about your own chart or astrology in general, I recommend you to Google 'Astrodienst' and take it from there. Hi all, Had any of you guessed that I am a Virgo born on the 22nd September at 10.10am ....Here is me apparently!! Short Summary Virgo's are one of the most misunderstood signs of the zodiac. People think they're fussy, critical bad tempered and picky but that's only because they want everything to be perfect. This is the sign of cleanliness, although lots of Virgo's have the grottiest bedrooms and hang their clothes on the floor. They're extremely inquisitive and have a dreadful time trying to relax. Virgo's make fantastic friends. If a minor crises pops up you can be sure the Virgo will have everything under control in 30 seconds. They are always on the move because they like to learn as much as they can before they take off again. They excel at work so they probably get all the boring jobs (the ones Leo wouldn't be seen dead doing).
