Before I got Windows XP which has a pop up blocker, I downloaded the Google Toolbar which has one too. i never get a single pop up now. |

Hi Tracy Since I posted this message it seems to have settled down. I couldn't turn a page earlier without a pop up. Isn't it usually the case! lol |

If you have Xp with SP2, you will have a built-in popup blocker. If not, you will need to download one. I don't get any popups from this site, either at home or at work. Are you sure you don't have any Spyware or Adware? |

others have complained about this site for the same reason I think you will find that the programmes you mention dont stop pop ups just spyware you need to install a pop up blocker there is a good one on Ya(hoo) ignore the brackets |

Is anyone else plagued with pop ups on this site? I do get them on other sites too, but not half as many as on here. I run and update Adaware regularly and have SpywareBlaster which I update regularly too. Are these things the fault of the site or just something we have to put up with generally? Jeanette x |
