A charity dinner and dance? I've got my pink fund head on and I wondered if this is worth organising for next year? Dinner and Dance with a 'ratpack' type band at a hotel in London.... probably be about £40 a head... what do you all think? And replying to this does not mean you have to attend - just want feedback a bit like a survey!! :O)

Diana, I am doing one in November. I have to let Daisy know the ins and outs. Its The Jailbreak Blues Brothers with a hint of Pink. I have 400 tickets to sell at £10.00 a ticket. I have wrote to 100 companies for raffle prizes (including all car manufacturing companies). I have Cancer research organising getting me a celeb to do the Raffle. I am knackered but all will be worth it (I hope). xx

Depending on the date etc I would be interested. I could wear the pink sequinned dress I bought for a bargain price for my son's school ball! nell

sounds like a good idea, would be interested depending on the dates. Also would prefer not black tie as hiring DJ would make it more expensive for those of us who also have to travel to London. Don't forget we are not all working. Lounge suits would be better. Ann Glos
