Sue, Thank you, we only live a couple of minutes away from her, this area is new to me and don`t know many people.She knows everyone and is one of those women who likes to tell everyone everthing, things have happened in the past and the looks i get when i go into the local store.

I had a mil like that she had lived round the area for 60 yrs and she was a spiteful c*w. Put all sorts of stories round the area/shops. But all I did was tell the shopkeepers she was going senile. The butchers where she used to stand and tell everyone the tale was my bil's uncle and knew me really well. He pulled her when she was spreading rumours about me and told her that we were related,she didn't know where to put her face,she went a crimson colour.I was stood about 4 people behind her she didnt even know I was there. We never spoke for about 5 yrs. Don't let it get you down. Come on here any time and rant and rave if you want to. Have you thought of going to classes for floristry to make friends. Enjoy your hol. Not long be back from walk with dog and hes asked me to leave.

I don't know what to say to you. What a horrible situation. Do you think you will be able to salvage anything from the situation or is that what you want too. I've been thinking similar for a while now. But I know it would probably be me that did it.

I am not sure what i want anymore, i love him ,but then i don`t like him.

I know exactly what you mean. I feel pretty sure if I had the means and somewhere to go I would have by now. But it's very hard imagining it and actually having to do it. Do you have someone to talk to where you are to try and put things into perspective and sort out practical things.

I am hoping that i can see my friend tomorrow.

He has just woken up and told me that he doesn`t want to speak to me or see me. Tomorrow cann`t come soon enough for me.

Do take care, Raggy, have had similar several times from o.h. but he always relents, cos I have nowhere to go till I sort out my own house. Have been helping him with his house over the last 9 yrs we have been together and my house just got more difficult to live in, so I came here permanently a couple of years ago. Wish I hadn't but at least we are not tied by marriage or kids or any other ways. Will be thinking of you and hope you can sort this out. Don't see why you should leave tho - stand your ground ,and let him go to his mother's, and you get legal advice as soon as poss. Good luck.
