It's a bit of a vicious circle as I feel so sick I don't won't to eat but I think I feel sick because I haven't eaten! Am going to go to the shops and see if I can find something I fancy, if that doesn't work then I'll have to go to the Docs! Em C - Yes miss! XX Jeanette - Can't be that... Don't normally eat a massive amount but this is silly! XX Little Ray - Will pop into the chemist too and see what they've got. Thank you XX

There are tonics that you can buy that help get your appetite back after an ilness..... I always need them after a cold. Think Seven Seas do one and you can get them from the likes of Tesco c x

Hi Becx Sounds like your normally like me and eat like there's no tomorrow! lol. So it comes as a bit of a shock when your appetite goes. Could it be hormonal - if you get my drift! lol

I've lost my appetite... It might sound like a good thing (losing weight etc.) but I now feel really rough. I've been trying to eat but I can only manage a few bites before feeling really full. Since last Friday I have eaten: Half a panini 3 cocktail sausages A tuna and cucumber baguette 2 petit pain and a mug of soup A packet of ready salted crisps Don't want to go to the Doc so wondered whether anyone has any tips? thanks, becx
