I find my honesty a fault. I call a spade a spade. Unfortuanatly some people have a problem with this. My Dad always said to me 'think before you speak'. I guess he could see my personality way back then. I have just mastered his advice within the last few years. I have learnt over the years to be more 'tacktful' how I say things. I come across as a 'she who must be obeyed', type, but as one of the girls at work said, my bark is worse than my bite. I'm a fair, honest person at heart, and expect others to be the same. Maybe my honesty is a fault, but I like honesty Deb (thread killer) |

When I managed a team (Accountancy profession) my peers accused me of being soft and too kind-hearted. My team always got better results though and staff turnover was exceptionally low. len Ps I don't much like arrogance but I do like those who are forthright and artless. |

I am usually considered to be too soft because I will always give someone the benefit of the doubt. And I hate confrontation or extreme emotions. |

pmsl Sue - Paul got in first so to speak. I was getting ready with a reply lol CB & Sheila - again I don't see these as faults:) I love forthright people and a bit of contrariness makes life more interesting (altho other half disagrees) Mike - sarcasm may be a low form of wit but it's better than none at all ;) |

Yes, David. I'm forthright, aren't I? Well, that's what you said. I know some people find that hard to take, but I'd rather be honest and have folks know where I stand than give a false impression that I'm some sweet, fluffy bunny, instead of a tough old boot. CB >|< |

Hiya David, You must be psychic, lol. I was just wondering today, where's an interesting thread from yourself. My fault (lol) is that I am too nice for my own good. In the words of that old song 'I'm just a girl who can't say no!' Make of that what you will!!! Sue |

Paul - I don't care what anyone says - sarcasm is a gift:) Bitchiness is cool as long as it isn't coupled with two-facedness. |

Roxanne, from the contact I have had with you, I wouldn't say you are arogant, I have always found you to be very plesant, we all have our opinions, and others should respect opinions even if they don't agree with them, if we all thought the same it would be a very boring world to live in. When the doctor lets Kev travel abroad we will come and visit, but unfortunatly we have had to posepone our visit, but be warned we will be there one day, next year. Bev |

I do have a somewhat bitchy sarcastic sense of humour, but most people don't seem to mind, so neither do I :o) |
