That was teacher-speak for 'hope I don't have to intervene' I think - it certainly didn't work anyway. Dragging the main offender by the hair to the toilets, shoving her head down the loo and flushing - now that worked!! Didn't get in trouble either although the teachers all knew about it. |

lol Mo That's why my mum sent me to an all girls school I reckon. Good for you TW Woody-I was a swat too but I was still naughty- no more mischievious. Cos I ran the school tuck shop we had a maths lesson before break and after, just before break we would see thw KP van coming down and say to our teacher, we got to leave now Mrs Rose to set the tuck shop up-she was ok with that. Once having loaded the huge amounts of chrisp boxes into the shop, door being closed we would down 5 packets each, then open the shop some of our friends would turn up and pretend to hand us 10p over and we in exchange for no money would give em a free packet of chrisps Lord knows how it ever made a profit- I remember having about 30 packets of chrisps in my locker along with mini cookies. Oh and we would go back to maths class and say to Mrs Rose-We have been working in the shop all break and had no snack, so she would allow us to scoff more with all our friends looking on saying'give us a chrisp' catherine xx |

I was a Goody and also a swat - I couldn't learn enough!!! Throughout Primary I never had a single day off school and received a perfect attendance prize every year. Boring I suppose but hey-ho! Like you TW, I was also bullied then one day I too fought back - it never happened again! The quiet ones always surprise you! |

I loved school too Catherine, I was always a bit of a rebel and spoke my mind but I did work hard, I what is now year 7 I got very naughty and was summonsed to the scary headmistresses office, was too scared so disappeared for the rest of the day over the fields, I got out of that though and that head became a good friend, who guided me, sadly a lady who is no longer here, Caz xxx |

i hated my school days, never settled in one long enough to make many friends, as dad was always moving us around. So I was bullied most of the time, first as the new girl, then for having curly hair, then for crying easily. That is until about the 2nd year at secondary, then I started fighting back. Only had to do it twice, and it stopped. Then became a bit of a rebel, refusing to be bullied into doing anything I didn't want to do. |
