scrap the CSA They only are interested in chasing parents who already pay for thir children...making them pay rediculous amounts leaving them struggling Give the responsibility back to the courts and let each case be heard on merit Elaine x

Its been a farce from the very begining, Persecuting responsible parents who already paid for their children, because they were easy accesible targets ,,its a pantomine.

Forget the enquiry - just scrap it. It does very little to catch up with the real people who are refusing to pay any maintenance, and instead wastes it's time harrassing those of us who do pay up. Kaye x

bet it's all the fault of the IT system again isn't it ? (they tend to forget the old adage garbage in, garbage out...)

There'd be no neeed for the CSA at all if absent parents paid child support as they ought to. It's disgraceful that tax-payers' money has to be spent chasing up the feckless individuals who try to dodge their responsibilities. Gwynne
