Life sucks sometimes Elizabeth but there is always someone to help you. I feel privileged to be part of this wonderful family that you have in Genes. Hello Elizabeth So glad that you are alright I had a rather strange message from Purple to keep trying to get hold of you as I was up when she was in bed at first i didn't understand what she was saying as I didn't read the original threads but I followed all the suggestions on how to find you, The crowd on here are terrific as they have helped me more than once so don't be afraid if you just want to talk as there is always someone awake who will talk & give advice if you want it. Hi Elizabeth hun I dont know you but have just read this thread and felt I wanted to offer support. Even if it is only for you to natter away and get things off your chest, I as many will tell you , it is good to do that and on here there are many of us who are there for you, even if only thru Genes. I find writing things i feel, onto paper - all the bad sad hurtful things I want to say (and the rest), is a good way for me, then I burn the paper in the sink when im finished and tell myself that I have done with it. Its a way of getting it all off my chest, without lowering myself to the other persons level and it makes me feel better, even tho it may not sort out the problem that caused my hurt. Give it a try hun. Good luck and take care and make sure you talk to a good councillor - find one that you feel is good for you, not one your told to use. Vikki xx
