This is a joke, isn't it. I'm beginning to think it's to put people off reading the boards, then they can happily close it all down. Call me cynical. But we have had this happen before and it took several days to be rectified why do it again. They know people hate it.

Deanna Firefox or Mozilla Firefox is an alternative browser (i.e. how you view the internet) to Microsoft's Internet Explorer and is free to download. It has features that I prefer to Internet Explorer, namely that you don't have to have several windows open, you can open 'tabs' all in the same window. Much neater! Also when you alternate between each tab, if you've changed the font size in one tab, it doesn't alter it in the other. Not sure if that explanation has made it any easier lol.

Hi, I've had a message thanking me for my email of yesterday and saying the technical team are investigating and the writer didn't know why it was happening. Gwynne

Right Andy.....what does all that mean???? Deanna X

In that case, just discovered another benefit of using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. If you alter the text size in Firefox, it doesn't affect the text size of any other windows (or tabs in Firefox's case). Whereas, in Internet Explorer, changing the text size does affect other Internet Explorer windows that are open.

As Alter said, if one changes the size here, then it affects viewing other sites, so then one has to change it back to normal on them! Joy

I would like the text to be bigger. I already have it on LARGEST, but it is not good enough for me. I'm sorry for sounding like a moan, but it is a problem for me, and there may be others even worse than me. AND...yes there should be a space between threads, without one the reading becomes even more of a problem. Deanna

My guess is they are too snowed under with all the 'don't close the gen board ' messages to have even got to Tuesdays messages , let alone yesterdays/todays! Please sort it out GR. If they do read the boards (who ever 'they') are cant they see it? If they can, why don't they say something? Jess x ** Interesting, the tips board seems better....Top few request anyway, maybe its creeping slowly back? Maybe new posts will space better...

Are we now paying the price for protesting against removal of our Gen Board? Maybe they're getting their own back? CB >|<
