In that case, just discovered another benefit of using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. If you alter the text size in Firefox, it doesn't affect the text size of any other windows (or tabs in Firefox's case). Whereas, in Internet Explorer, changing the text size does affect other Internet Explorer windows that are open. |

Hi, I've had a message thanking me for my email of yesterday and saying the technical team are investigating and the writer didn't know why it was happening. Gwynne |

Deanna Firefox or Mozilla Firefox is an alternative browser (i.e. how you view the internet) to Microsoft's Internet Explorer and is free to download. It has features that I prefer to Internet Explorer, namely that you don't have to have several windows open, you can open 'tabs' all in the same window. Much neater! Also when you alternate between each tab, if you've changed the font size in one tab, it doesn't alter it in the other. Not sure if that explanation has made it any easier lol. |

This is a joke, isn't it. I'm beginning to think it's to put people off reading the boards, then they can happily close it all down. Call me cynical. But we have had this happen before and it took several days to be rectified why do it again. They know people hate it. |
