We are all getting excited about 1851 aren't we. I can't wait there is one family I really want to find. I am so curious as to where they were. People have searched around with so sign of them so I guess it will be some late nights searching. germaine x

Morning Helen, I'm getting ridiculously excited at the prospect of the 1851 coming online. I have all our 'directs' but there are some twigs I really want to find. Gwynne

Morning Gwynne, Lou and afternoon Yvonne. Nice sunny start to the day here. I've had an exciting few days, I've found someone who's related to me and she is very nice, my parents are visiting and rumour has it that the 1851 census will be on Ancestry this week - Yippee!!!!!!! Glad your computer's better Lou, that must have been scary for you! Have a good day everyone, Helenxx Morning Germaine, sorry didn't see you there!

Hi Lou, I think the reason I don't miss it may be that I'm usually working on the PC and browsing GR at the same time - and I don't miss the work! I need to get the work done early this week as the 1851 may be on ancestry soon. Gwynne

Hi Lou, Glad the PC is OK. We lost our internet from Friday evening to Saturday afternoon. So I know the feeling. The weird thing is that when we go to Wales I don't miss it at all. Gwynne

Vonny, When I was a kid I decided it would be easier if everybody had the same time as we did. Then I'd know if I could phone relatives abroad. My father did all he could to explain how impractical that would be using apples oranges and various other fruit to represent the earth, sun and moon. I still think it would work better if you all fell into line, lol, Gwynne

Vonny, I'll never get time zones sorted. We're in for a blustery week here, apparently. Gwynne
