Don't worry about it Jess. Many people have tried to get through to him and failed. He needs to find something else to focus his attentions on until he can get the local help he needs.

Jess, you and DD need to be given a medal. I was watching the thread on the Records Board and all the time and effort you put into helping this boy. I could not believe it when he wrote and said he had then decided to finish with genealogy and then to turn around again to day and ask for it again... I would have fumed too. You have every reason to be cross and he needed to be told, for goodness sake do not blame yourself. Sending you a big hug and I for one appreciate all the looks ups you do on the boards. Elizabeth

Jess, You suffer from the same thing as me. If you speak your mind and tell things straight, you're regarded as an aggressive bully. I take great exception to being labelled like that, and I'm sure you do too. It's unfair, and it's the main reason why I'm giving up posting on this Board in October, after the Bear Relay's over. There ARE nasty people on here, but you and I aren't among them. It's just other people's warped perceptions making us out to be something we're not because they're too small-minded to recognise and admit that they're wrong. CB >|<
