Mags - sorry to butt in - but have you tried talking to him? Next doors dog barks when I go into the garden, so I just say 'hello Bruno, what's wrong with you today' or something similar and he always stops.

Hi Chrissie! Yes I have, right from a pup - nicely at first. Now I have got to the stage of for ****'s sake shut up! I like dogs. My daughter's dog is an absolute dopey mutt but even she shuts up when you tell her to. I have had my summer ruined. I used to like a quiet couple of hours weeding etc. Now I hardly go into the back garden at all. Even having coffee out on the patio is not as enjoyable. Bah Humbug! LOL Mags xx

I am content. However I did like Bec's endless supply of olives. Looked in the cuboard and it appears we have an almost endless supply of black olives à la grecque. (Oops that breaks the rules!) Dave
