McAnne's Gahan-Crazy Report 19 Oct 2005 17:46

Hi Strump If the move is recent that could be affecting her too - bless her - give her lots of cuddles :O)

It is recent and only next door, so its probably confused her as well. This is one spoilt puddy tat, but ill call the vet anyway.

She maybe knows that when the light go out...the cuddles for her stop. My cat does a bit of yelling some night's too, but it's to get me to play 'fetch' her mouse. She is a house cat seems happy during the day but I think she gets the urge to out at night as she wanders back and forward,or races from one room to the other, having her mad half hour. She sleeps in the kitchen at night though. Marion

Len of the Chilterns Report 19 Oct 2005 22:18

Our cat won't be left in a room alone and always seeks company. Guess she invites her friends in when both of us are out together. Neighbours say she visits them. My late aunt's late cat, Murphy, certainly preferred the light and used to leap at the old-fashioned light switches, if a room was in darkness, and pull them down Aunt had all switches, except one, reversed so that they were down when in the 'off' position. Murphy never learned to press them up. A previous cat of mine used to sit in the bathroom basin and turn on the tap. She also pulled all the toilet paper off the roll into a neat pile on the floor. It must have given her enormous pleasure. Maybe she was a golden labrador in a previous life? Len
