Just had Turkey breast thinly slices with a mushroom, sherry and cream sauce. Pototoes and cauliflower, brocolli and Carrots. Apple pie or Blackcurrant cheesecake for pudding. Then later a bowl of sweet popcorn.

Well I started it in the slow cooker this morning, I put 2 onions in, two large potatoes and 3 carrots, when everything was nicely softened up this afternoon. I thickened it up with some gravy granules and added half a tin of corned beef cubed.Then I transferred it to a oven proof dish and rolled shortcrust pastry out and put it on the top and put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 mins and it is yummy.having some more later. What is it about men and corned beef hash. SORRY DAVE Derek is always making it fed up with it. Our David is coming back for his tea in a minute we are having roast Gammon roast spuds and peas and brocolli (SPL?) Mind you do like hash in moderation LOL. With red cabbage. Not every night though.
