Did you know that the tune for Home Sweet Home is also a hymn tune, it is called 'Bright Home of our Saviour' David

I seem to remember his name was Clarke and that he was either school master or minister, or both in Cranbrook . I had a booklet about him once. David

Yorkshire dialect, yes, but the tune is from Kent and is a hymn tune called Cranbrook, the composer came from Canterbury. David
