Hi all yes it was a great day, and Joyce and I still couldnt stop giggling last night! but to add a dampner on my fun, I get a phone call this morning form my Father, Mum was rushed into hospital on Friday, but wouldnt let him tell me coz she didnt want to spoil my day out!! (here she is, seriously ill, but doesnt want to spoil my day) she knows how much i've been looking forward to this day, but I cannot believe I wasnt told!! I'm not sure when I'll be on here or on line for the next few days but I want to thank June for organising yesterday even with all her problems, Keith for the usual (he knows what I mean) and as already been said Sandra & Jim for keeping us entertained and thank you to everyone who was there for making it such a great day love to all Val:~)

i just dont believe it! i was in manchester on the 10/11th and missed the meet. my computor had been playing up for a while and so have not been keeping up with the message boards lately and have missed the thread. my other half and i were there to see alice cooper/twisted sister, they were brilliant. it would have been even better to have joined the meet. never mind i see that ther is one in middlesbro in january, perhaps if i can get time off work............. tina

Hi All Thank you June for arranging the Meet. It was lovely to see everyone again, I had a wonderful time. Sandra and Jim are the most fantastic double act…we never stopped laughing all afternoon. Since I got home I have been nursing a very poorly Thomas cat. He’s diabetic and last week he was at the vets most of the time as he wouldn’t eat or drink. Anyway today whilst I was out, I think he has decided enough is enough and I don’t think he will last the night. Sorry to put a damper on the thread but I am so upset… Jxx
