Thanks for the kind thoughts. We now have light ............... The bulb broke in the socket, which is what caused the problem. Himself is going to examine the socket later and no doubt blame will be apportioned. Gwynne

I always sleep alone, its great, though at the moment I am in a single bed, cant wait to get back to my double bed. Aaaahhhh bliss! June xx

lol Germaine, I am only little and hubby is over 6ft and built like a you know what... he litterally makes me bounce when he turns over!

Em I think he was glad to get rid of me. He woke up one night with pillow over his head I said I going to kill you will you shut up. Good job he saw the funny side. He doesn't just snore he waves his arms about and kicks. No he can stay on his own. Germaine. x

ooh, its spooky here lemon... the sky is light pink and bits of blue... But the wierd thing is that the moon is still out... huge, low in the sky and full!!!

gynne cud u just go turn the switch bak on at the fuse box...............thats wat i do till he can put a new bulb in...............id put the bulb in to but i cant reach them :-)

Update from candle lit Warwickshire. It was my fault for turning on the light in the living room. I should have predicted that a bulb would blow and jump out of the socket fusing the circuit in the process. There is a lot of clumping and swearing so I expect a satisfactory outcome fairly soon. Morning Em Morning All I don't have the trouble of a snorer. Only because one night I couldn't stand it anymore. Went in the spare room. We have had sepreate roms since. So peaceful. My friends used to say Oh seperate rooms !!! not any more as their kids have left home they too have done the same. Derek gets up for work at 3 so is in bed at tea time so it suits us both I can watch tele or read whenever I like too without disturbing him. Very cold here got my lovely coal fire going. Christine will root out though pictures today and put them on the photo page. Hope you all have a good day. Germaine x
