Update from candle lit Warwickshire. It was my fault for turning on the light in the living room. I should have predicted that a bulb would blow and jump out of the socket fusing the circuit in the process. There is a lot of clumping and swearing so I expect a satisfactory outcome fairly soon. Em I think he was glad to get rid of me. He woke up one night with pillow over his head I said I going to kill you will you shut up. Good job he saw the funny side. He doesn't just snore he waves his arms about and kicks. No he can stay on his own. Germaine. x |

Thanks for the kind thoughts. We now have light ............... The bulb broke in the socket, which is what caused the problem. Himself is going to examine the socket later and no doubt blame will be apportioned. Gwynne |
