Hi Jenny, sorry to hear about this. I've been there & got the t/shirt. Been reasonably stable for twenty years now but sometimes it's hard to stay the right side of the line. It's true what they say about one day at a time & another little trick I find works for me is to allow myself some wallowing time. I set a time limit, say fifteen or twenty minutes & have a good cry, shout, pummel a cushion or two. At the end of the time I give myself a good positve talking to, have a shower or bath, relax & get on with life. Unless you tell me different I will add your name to the healing book.
