Dont give in, you can do it!! Think of all the good your doing by not smoking, you will be so angry with yourself if you give in, one day at a time it will get better, honest, my hubby gave up 18 months ago and im so proud of him, he smoked 40 a day, if he can do it anyone can. good luck. Roxanne x

I was amazed when my hubby gave up, I had been nagging him for ages to stop and then one day he just stopped, he did go for hypnotherapy but most of it was sheer willpower, if you really want to you will do it!!

C'mon Chris keep it going! I gave up 3 months ago and could kill for a fag sometimes. But do you really want to have to go through the trauma of giving up again? I've just munched on some olives and chorizo sausage. Yes I am tad chunkier than I was, but I can run up the stairs without collapsing! lol Jeanette x

I don't really mind the smell while the cigarette is being smoked. It's the way the people smell when they've put it out. And to think we used to smell like that!

Bobtanian

Bobtanian Report 23 Dec 2005 23:37

dont you think that it is strange? we ''smokers'' dont notice the smell effects until after we have packed up!!!! Bob

It must be like garlic Bob. If your other half has had garlic bread and you haven't, they stink. If you've both had it neither of you can smell it! lol
