I usually take mine down on New Year's Day but as I'm now working a night shift on the 31st I'll have to do it on the 2nd/3rd depends how I feel. Julie xx |

I'll definitely be leaving mine up until 12th night, the only thing that makes these dark winter evenings bearable is all the pretty christmas lights. I put mine up first weekend in December so I at least get a whole month to enjoy them. Everything looks so bare when they come down. Carolyn |

normally i would leave them up till twelfth night but with nothing much happening here over New Year I thought it might be a wee bit depressing having them up for Hogmanay. Thought maybe I should take them all down and put them away and get house back to normal and tidied afore Hogmanay...... |
