A few days ago I took my leave from the boards to concentrate on getting fit for the Sahara. Yesterday I injured my arm and we thought it was broken. Fortunately it's not, but the muscle is badly damaged and they've put me in a tubigrip and sling and I'm popping nurofen for the pain and inflammation. Can't drive or go to the gym for 3 weeks (possibly longer) so looks like I'll be walking everywhere now! lol May I come back to the boards for a while for some tea and sympathy please? Daisy
