First catch your Carageen......lol.....Chrissie, it was a long time ago, but you soak the seaweed for ten minutes or so, then add milk and vanilla and then an egg I think....and Voila!!!!! scrummy:-) BC

Right - just for you Joan, I have popped my serious head on. Only for a short period mind:)) It depends why the nails are splitting. If they are splitting where the nail becomes attached to the finger, it may be lack of moisture. If that is the case, then oil applied to the cuticles nightly should help. Right - now, about this seeweed:))))))))))))))))))))))))
