Yuck ! Don't like the curry from the chinese. I've never quite understood why people get a curry from a chinese - if you want a curry, go to an indian, if you want chinese then go to the chinese ! Unless you want a thai of course lol

sausage and tomato mash. fry sausages, onions and mushrooms. cut sausages into bite size pieces once they are fried and put in a casserole dish with the onions and mushrooms. pour a tin fo chopped tomato's on top (you can add loads of other things as well, like sweetcorn, peas, etc) to add a bit of flavour a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper. boil up potatoes and mash them in the usual way and spread over the top of the sausages and tomato's (just like a shepherds pie). put in the oven and cook until it's nice and brown and crispy on top. its a proper winter dinner and it goes a long way. this will feed a family of 4 to 6. serve with green vegitables. you could add cheese on the top with a few sliced tomato's just for decoration. if anyone tries this recipe pllease let me know what you thought of it. thanks. BON APPETITE. X
