I'm sure I read somewhere once of other snooker halls over Burtons - but can't think where Seems in the 60's it was where a lot of guys went when they should have been at school Vivienne, I can't remember a dance hall in Hertford, but we had the 'drill hall' in the town I lived in, where we used to go to 'the Hop' (sounds archaic these days doesn't it?) Dee ;-))

I'm not old enough to remember, but I know where there Burtons was in Wolverton, and there isn't a big enough room above for there to be a snooker room.

I know there was one over the Burtons in Hertford. Boys from the local grammar school used to spend their lunch times there. Dee ;-))
