Seriously.......heaps of water, the more the better. Not too much pasta or rice, because of the starch content. They might fill you up, but they leave you feeling hungry too quickly. And buy the tins of tomatoes with herbs such as garlic and pepper. The herbs can actually aid digestion as well as add flavour. And don't forget dairy, very important for us girls. Yes, I have tried the deep fried mars bars. It was lovely, with nice light sweet batter. You only want a mini size one though, otherwise they can get a bit sickly. |

Did you know... A Mars bar is 11 per cent saturated fat. Standard milk is only 2 per cent saturated fat!!!! thats alot of nasty fat! :(( |

has anyone ever tried a battered deep fried mars bar? Ive never had the guts to try one incase it was nasty and put me off eating them lol xx |

basically what im eating everyday is, Cups of tea during the day Evening meal - Pasta and plain tinned tomatoes Pasta and tuna Rice and peas Chicken breast and veg Chicken breast and rice Its ok cos its food i enjoy but i enjoy mars bars even more!!! xx |

you cant make me do that to my precious mars bar!!! lol MMmmmmmm a can of diet coke and a mars bar just out of the fridge....taking a bite and urgh its full of maggots, oh what the heck might aswell still finish it LOL xxx |

I am on an extremely strict diet at the moment, it has already started working in a week and a half but i keep obsessing over mars bars!!!!! Its one of my most favourite things in the world, sounds sad but i cant stop thinking about having one!!!! xx |
