The one i'm trying Em is with Pear and Apple (Twinnings). I think that I might be leaving the bag in too long (20 seconds). should I take it out earlier?.......Quite a bitterish after-taste.

Hi bella, yes far too long!!, mine goes in for about 3 secs then very gently squeezed out... the weaker the better... Green tea has many other benefits including helping against types of cancer.. Bowls, stomache etc...

Would you say Em that one has to aquire a taste for Green Tea? I've not met anyone yet who 'genuinly' enjoys a cup, but dring for medicinal reasons. I'll try it for 3 seconds....seems such a waste to bin the bag though!! shall I use it again............Only joking hee hee.
