Plus very successful day for me at the genealogy fair, I found lots of useful stuff and actually met a distant relly who had a stall.....lives not that far away from me and has asked me around to look through her stuff.......VERY HAPPY.....can't wait. Joodles, Lara and i only shifted tables once at the cafe, he he. And no alco drank at all, need all our wits for the fair lol. Congrats Tony, how many grandy's does that make. i only have one precious little boy, what a joy they are. Gwenda....isn't is itchy palm...left for leaving....right for recieving.......next week can you pleeeeease have a itchy right palm lol. Vonny, what a rotten thing for your OH. Hope whoever took it gets caught. We can all keep a look out if anyone trys to sell a motor matching your discription. OK after my lovely day and NOT winning lotto, i guess i will have to turn up for work tomorrow, so better go iron my uniform. Left it just in case i didn't need it lol. Oh well next week. |

Had many a foggy window at the Drive-Inn in me younger days...:>)) Actuallyyyyyyy.....I took a girl to the Drive-inn one night, and we were chatting and kinda sorta watching the movie. I was chewing PK gum and did the old stretch of the arms ( yawn ) and rested my arm on her shoulders. Well..she turned to kiss me, and i quickly whipped out me PK gum and stuck it near the head rest on her seat. She lent back and the Gum stuck to her hair....:>(((( ....as she came forward, it was like a spider web, with chewy everywhere.....!!!!!! I never did get her name.......and she never did call me again.!! Dont know why...? Ain't love grand.....:>)) Tony Oz......stranded at the Drive-inn. |

Hi Wattlers Vonny – I meant so say how sorry I was that your car was robbed. I agree you should look on ebay for it, and also local papers (for sale) you never know your luck. Gwenda – I manually changed the time on my computer – it was just too confusing, everytime I sat down I thought – oooh – its only 2pm – but it was really 3pm, so I wasn’t taking any more chances. Mary I was giggling at the thought of you needing a torch if you were an usherette at the Lew Lew drive-in – you wouldn’t have to show anyone to their seats – did you want to peep in the back seats and see what was going on? pmsl Oooooh – Meeeeeee send Julie a cold?? But mine only lasted a day – Im sure it was Tony sneezing – he’s the naughty one. Anyone watching the closing ceremony tonight? Jood |

Hi everyone, Congrats Tony & Melanie of course. One to start the year and one to end it. You'd better have a good Christmas Club - lol Vonny - what a shame to have your evening ruined that way. Keep checking Ebay, trading post etc. Mary - welcome back - haven't said that before but only been on quickly each time. Hope you are getting back into the routine of h*******k. Brings you back to earth real quick doesn't it. Hope Lara and Wilson have had a good day. Lew Lew - when you set up the 'drive-in' just send for my daughter - she used to work at Hoyts so can make the choc tops - she'll also check that peeps don't have their feet up on the seats - lol Joodles - not long now and the mornings will be lighter again - was going to tell you off for going back to bed yesterday morning but then if you didn't have to be up early why would you want to be up at that hour and have to put the lights on - daylight saving - what a misnomer at this time of the year!!! Julie - hope your cold doesn't take hold - I think it was Jood sent it to you as she said hers only lasted a day - lol Anna - good luck when you buy our Lotto this week - we are all hoping for a few more numbers. Susan - glad you had a nice time out at the dams - pity about the lack of water though - some peeps get too much when it rains and the rest of us get none - nature doesn't dish things out fairly. My maggies have arrived for their Sunday snack sso I'd best go and keep them happy - then they don't dive bomb me in spring!!! Take care, catch y'all later Gwenda |

Good afternoon Wattlers, Please don't change all your names again. I am terrible with names, what I could do with is a photo of you all, because I am very good at remembering faces but not names. Also, I don't think Miss Biddaddaba sounds very good, do you? Glad to have you back Mary, hope John faired well. You will now be very busy, selling your caravan and house, or have you had a change of heart? Nice to hear from Christine in NZ. Vony, I am so sorry about your robbery. In the days before Ebay, a friend of our, who also had an engine stolen, put an wanted ad in the paper and guess what, the idiot who had stolen it rang him. Tony, Congratualtions and Jubilations!!!!!!! How many grand children will that be? A big win on lotto will come in handy with your growing family. We had a nice day out yesterday. We went out to the dams to see how much water was in. There are 2 dams not far away and the scenery is beautiful. One is Maroon Dam and the other Moogerah. We took bread and cheese and had a very relaxing time. I must say they are both still very low. I have just had a reply from GR about Neville's gt gt grandfather and I don't think he will be too happy. It seems his mother had several men friends and it is not certain who his father was. I will keep it quiet until I find out more. Must go now, got another message to look at and some new hot matches By for now SuzyQ PS better luck next week. |

Congrats Tony :) Must be the year for grandchildren. I'm calling this crop of kids the 'Budget Generation' I think a lot got busy after the 'one for him, one for her and one for the nation' speech :) Mary - yes went to police, thanks. Engine worth about $3000 to the right person. It's a very small market though and quite a rare engine. Trifley, DIL had the same thought re Ebay so she and son are checking. Vonny |

Congrats Granpa with the brown eyes I will have another grand something before you tho ... next month! That will make 5. Mary - its not the computer's fault that the time changed - it was set to do that - its all because of the games. I just have to be careful to get out of bed at the time the bedside clock shows, not sit here and think I have plenty of time to do things!!! Yes Mary, GR certainly does change things, especially if you do symbols - its very restricting. As we speak, Lara & Wilson will be sipping Charders and magging away! I hope they dont forget why they were meeting! Have been very industrious this morning, but my back kills me every now and again so an excuse to sit down - I still have a few more things I MUST DO today tho (and NO Jood, no backing out!) ..... sigh!! A woman's work is never done, especially when you are on your own. Well .... back to the grindstone. Virtuous Jood |

Arvo Wattlers No money last night......maybe we will have better luck when Anna buy's the numbers next week. Fingers X X X. Tony.thanks for doing all the hard work organising the group. Hugs for you <<<<H>>>> When we do win I want you all to buy your big screen TV's from Retravision at Pacific Fair. I know a very nice, handsome, well brought up young man there who will give you all a good deal. He also installs for a reasonable price. Maybe we could do a bulk deal ha ha. It would mean you would all have to come to Qld for a holiday but I'm sure none of you would mind that lol! Julie Cat....sorry to hear you are under the weather. Perhaps you should update your virus checker heee heee. It dosen't seem to be keeping all the bugs away from you. Take echinacea & garlic and drink plenty of fluids.........healing thoughts and hugs on their way to you <<<<H>>>> Poor Vonny & hubby...........aren't some people mongrels? Your hubby must be very upset at losing the engine. With a little luck when they try to use it, it will blow up on them. Ooowww is that a little nasty? Keep an eye on E-Bay.......you never know.....the bastard might try to sell it! Have an awful afternoon planned.............defrosting the fridge and ironing. I've been putting off both jobs but can't wait any longer. Hubby has started with the fridge so I had better get off and give him a hand. Se y'all later. love Pharaoh Trifley Queen of the Nile (waves regally from her royal throne) |

Morning All Well I am pleasd I dont have to start packing again so soon.. I could do with a week to do all the washing I brought home... Next week will do for a good win.. My puta has also gone mad and changed the time but I think there is a patch to correct it.. if not I will just ignore the puta clock for a week.. I think they delayed changing the time back due to the games. Joodles Glad you sorted out the puta and got on to us.. Would miss you ...and your smiling face.. Vonny Sorry about the loss and breakin to the car.. I bet he is heartbroken,, it may turn up so make sure you report it to the police... Lew.. When you get the drive in finished can I collect the tickets...always wanted to be a usherette...with a torch as well please.. Julie Hope you are well and that ticklish throat didnt turn into anything worse.. I would blame Tony as he is always shareing things.. Tony That was only a practice run.. now for the big one... just you wait and see,, Anna will do it... Gwenda Hope you get another itchy palm next week... Joodles Loved ya singing.. and glad you are staying as Joodles... Why do GR take out words that you have typed in a message.. It can have nothing to do with any other website but many a time I have had to rearrange a sentence so that it makes sense. I have even gone back to correct things thinking that I have made an error only to find the correct word is there but wont show up in the message.. Thought I was going balmy but I think it is GR that is not me.. Lara Hope you have a good day today, and come home with lots of goodies... Wilson Keep her out of mischief please...and dont let her get stuck into the you know what... Well better go and hang out the washing.....back later Love Maryxxx PS Tony Whoo Hoo Congratulations... This is beginning to be a habit... but how wonderful, and just you wait till christmas comes... lots of pressies to buy...that will keep you poor...LOL... and you thought you were going to retire soon...cant afford it now...he.he. |

omg Lew Lew - thanks for reminding me. My computer clock changed back too, and I thought it was only 9:38 - crikey - if that had been tomorrow morning when I had to be up at the station at 8:05, I would have rolled up at 9:05 :-( I think I better detach the computer clock till next Saturday!!!! My GR is playing up this morning. I was playing with my account name, and then couldnt get into Wattle or anything. I rebooted, and discovered that the Message Board was half way down the screen out of site. Up the top I have the Account Details page with nothing on it. B******r. I thought I'd never get on Wattle again, as I couldnt even get 'Contact us' up. Poor Jood |

Morning all, ~~~~ Julie Cat, hope you're feeling better. Gwenda, definitely wet stuff and yes, I think it was only North Canberra! Had a nice evening on the lake only to have it completely spoiled when we got back. Someone had broken into Hubby's car and stolen everything - including a very antique marine engine. So if any of you spot a Vinco single cylinder marine engine about 70 years old painted green!!........... sigh. he had put so many hours of work into it. Was hoping for lotto to cheer him up :) next time peeps. Beautiful morning today. I'm off to church later, there is a farewell service and luncheon for a friend who is retiring and doing the usual - moving to QLD!!!! So many peeps retire up there :) Catch you later, Vonny |

Morning Wafflers and I see that we are all still here and haven't headed off to the Bahamas - bugger!!!! And I was getting ready to waltz in to the office tomorrow and say 'I'm sorry, oh you wanted to settle today. Care factor minus 12 and falling. Here's your file. Have a nice day' (and you wonder why they call me Crewella, lol) Oh well, another day another 50 cents (inflation!) I too am dreaming of a plasma screen. Ooo now there's a thought, Tony! We do have 25 acres. I could really make a drive-in movie place. God wouldn't that be fun. Speakers in the windows! Choctop ice creams! Pluto Pups! And the corny cartoon they use to play during intervel! Roll on daylight unsavings! My computer has already changed back! Sorry your not feeling well Jule. Get better soon and, Tony, stop sneezing on your monitor!! Have a great day everybody Miss Mudgee xxx |
