Hi Julie, Just sent you one more piccy. Glad you liked them. Sandra - Lemon and honey is my favourite remedy but a friend uses cider vinegar in some warm water! Jood, have sent you another email. Yes, we were a bit puzzled about all the newbies (but we weren't going to let on) but once we tumbled to a few of them we realized what was happening. However, I did think Elderly Mother Of One was for real - at least until I got home!! And I think some others did also :) I have a table arriving tomorrow - an oval extension one to seat ten. Harvey Norman catalogue. Apparently we bought the last one in the country!!!! I definitely think you should all join me at the health resort in 4 years time. Wouldn't THAT be a hoot!!!!! Evening All Still cold here, as it has been all day, we also had a bit of rain. Well they are on the last stage of getting the miners out, although that could still take a couple of days. Lew yes I agree totally with you that hopefully the media will leave them alone, but Im sure some wont. They have actually set up a 'refuge' centre (I think that is what they called it) so the relatives and friends have a place to go and have peace without the media in their face as they are banned from entering the place. Have got all my family history on the computer sorted out in folders so I can find things when I am looking for them. Which will make it a lot easier now, all I have to do is to keep it in order when I add more stuff. I am going to have an early night tonight, got the electric blanket on and warmed the bed, so I will catch all you lovely people tomorrow. Cheers Sue

Evening All, Feeling much better now apart from a rotton cough ( any remedy's) apart from cough medicine. Have tried lemon juice with honey, no good. A bit late but happy birthday Vonny. We could do with Wilson's rain in the Gong, it's so dry I think thats why there is so many bugs around ( my therory) anyway. What a hoo haa about Toby being put out of dancing with the stars. My favourite is Grant, I know lots will beg to differ but thats my choice, He started from scatch and has come a long way. But then I think Kostu should have gone last night, Well there you go. Arvo All, feeling much brighter this afternoon. I took it much easier today (after I'd been to the office!), but I have been keeping an eye on this thread, otherwise I'd never keep up, lol. Had a good meeting with the landscaper this afternoon at the local nursery. He knows 'exactly' where we're coming from and luckily the nursery is owned by a good friend and she went to Sydney yesterday and brought back some wonderful plants. Lots of structural grasses, tree ferns, grevilleas. Lovely! Turf goes down next week, thank goodness, 'cause the dirt is blowing everywhere. Will it never rain? Currently enjoying a glass of red - for medicinal purposes only of course. Can't wait for those poor miners to be brought to the surface. Perhaps the media will then leave them and their families alone. For all those feeling under the weather, get well. For all those who are well, stay that way! Lew Lew (58 sleeps)

Arvo Wattlers You lot are meanies - I have had to read 20 PAGES of wattle waffling to catch up on all the goss. Well I will add my thanks to the Lovely Lara and Michael on opening up their home for the Wonga meet. To everyone and their OH's who went ,you are a truly great group of peeps so pleased to have met you in the flesh (so to speak!) lol.Hope you all had a pleasant journey home. Laurie thank you for the pics. Lara will send you some tonight , anyone else who wants them let me know. Vonny loved the balloons - the bees were beeautiful. Ken was complaining last night about needing a haircut, so I went and got the scissors and went to work, had to use the clippers on the back of his head and ooopppps - the end fell off, so had to keep cutting to even it up -lol. Well that will teach him to give me a couple of glasses of vino and then expect me to be highly co-ordinated. Its a bit short but he keeps telling me there is only a week between a bad haircut and a good one ? Daughter trained as a h'dresser so have had a few lessons albeit minus the sauv.blanc. I should have let Tony's Barb at him on the weekend - lol Well I'd better do some work so I can go home soon. Thanks heaps for the birthday wishes all. Actually, we aren't doing anything for my birthday till the weekend although Hubby might surprise me yet. On Saturday my eldest and his wife are taking me to Bungendore (village outside Canberra) to buy some paintings I have had my eye on. We will probably also go looking at antiques. I have decided that for my next noughty b'day (in 4 years time) I want a week at one of those health resorts. I've told them now, so they can all save! hee hee. Tony, sent you the numbers although they are a bit small and hard to see. looking after the grand d all day - such a chore :) Commiserations to all the sickie ones. Vonny loved the Scotsman balloon. Gives new definition to waht a scotty has under his kilt.Nothing incriminating from Y'wonga I see....hmmmm !!! Hopefully we'll get some lovely shots of everyone at the 'Woscars' in June in all their finery. With all those tiaras and boas en masse I hope we don't attract the ettentions of some old drag queens though..........would make for some very interesting photos. lol !!! Anyway, only a flying visit, catch up with you all later. Hope everyone who's poorly is feeling a bit better. love Rebs x
