Oh dear Jood - alias chicken herder.... The things that happen when there's not a video camera in sight! You could have been a candidate for funny home videos! Reminds me of when I was a kid. We used to let our chooks free range during the day and lock them up at night so that the foxes didn't get them. If we were a bit late and it started getting dark, the silly buggers would roost in the pepperina trees around the chook pen and immediately fall asleep. My brother and I had to climb up the trees and scoop them off the branches! What a hoot!Hens are so stupid! Glad you had a good day and hope Laurie is home safely. Luv Anna

Anna - that was Lew's nick name for me ...... gee she's quick!!!! I was just recounting a story of me chasing my daughter's 3 chickens back into their cage, and how they led me a merry dance all round the yard, stupid bloody things - I'd get one right up to the gate and then it was ..... which way will she go, I'll go the opposite way!!!! I would have let them be. All I was suppposed to do was get the eggs, and the stupid bloody things got out behind me!!!, but as she was at work, I thought if I didnt get them back in the cage, they would decimate her garden! I might add, the big dog was just sitting there watching! Jood, the Chicken Herder

Evening all Thanks for the gold lotto numbers Suzy Q and Tony. It's Mother's Day this weekend so perhaps that is a good omen for us. Just checked out the piccies of the mini Mudgee meet - some very foxy ladies and it looks as if a good time was had by all. Why are you the chicken herder Joodles? Obviously something going on there that we don't know about! What with an attempted strangling, herding chickens etc you must have had a hard day! Tony - you are very quiet - hope all is OK. I don't think you lot have anything to worry about......my luck isn't good enough to be left a valuable family artifact. Just an unusual one. Besides, if I sold it grandma would come back to haunt me. The garden Graeme did looks great. It has always been a terrible spot, faces west and only the weeds seemed to grow. So he dug it all out. Put new sandy loam in and then a mass planting of jade with koir mulch on top. Fingers crossed that it takes and keeps weed free. 'shower's free'...I hear the yell from the bathroom. Best go and wash off the rest of the top soil and then, I think, Chinese for dinner. See ya later. love Trifley

Hi again Lew hello sorry it took a while to get back but kid took over puta :-( Was that who put hot water on windscreen a male???? Us women seem to know you dont put hot water on frozen widscreens. Vonny yes I saw mentioned earlier today about that thread and msn photopages, havent been game to go and have a look incase I get a bug on Davids puta especially after all he has done to get it up and running after our other little prob with the hard drive. Supposed to be another cool night of 0 degrees do you want any cool temps sent Qld way??? lol. I hope Tony is ok he hasnt been about for a while. I even put a message on his footy thread as he hasnt even updated the ladder which I was surprised about. Maybe he is trying to set up a trip to little ol' Tassie with Eddie, as the footy show both AFL and NRL are going to be live from Beaconsfield tomorrow night and Eddie is coming out of footy retirement for one night, gee and we thought we had got rid of him lol. Hello all No not me either susan, I wouldnt know the first think about porn sites. I think Jude 2 might have it a bit wrong as I also dont have any artifacts, Trifley has them, maybe she has the porn sites too lol. Anyway it is a nice cool day here today, sun shining about 10 degrees maybe I will pull on my second jumper lol, how are you Lew? Bit cool up your way too. I went to go out in my car this morning at 8.00am, jumped in turned it on went for the wipers to clear the dew, only it wasnt dew it was frozen, so had to get the hose on it. Aah well such is life. I hope our miners are enjoying a bit of peace and settling into some form of normal life again. Sending positive thoughts for Sophie, hoping for some good news in a week or so. Cheers Sue
