Trifley Report 19 May 2006 09:16

Evening all Yes it's my turn to buy the tickets for the 3rd of June. However, as I don't do menial tasks like that I'll be sending Nefer out to get them. Ofcourse he can be trusted........he worships the ground I glide over so he will do it right heee heee. Jill......just incase you're wondering.......Nefer is my 6ft 6ins Nubian man-servent. He and his 6 brothers (who are all 6ft 5ins) take care of me and the Royal Barge. On occaisions I have parties on the Barge, to which a select few are invited. Keep an eye on the boards for the next one. I had a fascinating time this arvo. After I did the obligatory h*******k I settled down to some Googleing. I put in 'Leatherbreech' (one of Graeme's ancestors) and ended up with a family tree site which has thousands of names on it. I was amazed to see the Leatherbreech family there in all its glory. I now have soooo much info it's gonna take me hours to put it all on my programme. Gee I love this genealogy stuff when things like that happen. Lew Lew.......you mentioned 2 of my favourite things........champagne AND diamonds! I've never seen a Kimberly diamond. Do you have one? Hi Devely...bit cool down south? Just think....it gives you an excuse to get some nice winter woolies. I'm sure I heard you say last years had fallen apart heee heee. Oohh sherry glass is empty. Gotta go get a refill. 'bye Trifley X

Hey Lew Lew, if Trifley manages to pick the big one I will be on the first available plane to meet up with you all at the Brissy meet. Wow wouldnt we be able to kick up our heels. We could stay at the Cas in their best room, with room service. Champagne flowing everywhere being waited on hand and foot, aah what a life. Well dreams can come true, crossing everything early in hope. I have been flat out trying to sort out all the paperwork for my cousin for her visit. This particular branch on the family isnt the easiest to sort out, You have one person who married his cousin, and her name is the same as one of his sisters. Then another brother was bought up by his Uncle and Aunt but no one can find birth certificates so it is only hearsay. And the list goes on. So I have been very busy trying to sort it out as I had pushed that part of the family to one side to work it oout when I had more time. Well with the bad news on the 2 twins drowning on their grandparent place, we have some good news that little Sophie is making great progress, what a brave little fighter. Life is getting back to normal over here after the mining tragedy. My eldest girl came home from school yesterday with the school newsletter. In it was a piece aboout the miner that died Larry Knight, he had gone to the school Tamika goes to and so did I, He was a year ahead of me. I had a funny feeling I knew the name but it didnt click till now. Well must go and make sure David is coping well with the dishes, before our visitor arrives. I will have to ask her if she ever ventures onto the General thread or if she has seen our thread. dont know much about her as yet maybe we would be too nutty for her, but then again she is related to me pmsl. One thing I do know is she is only 23. So hey Rebs if she does join our group you would loose the title of the 'Baby' of the group lol. Cheers Sue

Morning everyone :-) Just read through four pages and I've only been gone overnight lol. Well summers been and gone over here, strong winds and rain at the moment. Anna totally agree with you about the southern comfort lol. I started with a cough last week and started losing my voice if I talk to long (made the kids happy anyway lolol). So Tuesday night I had a few southern comfort and lemonades and repeated the process on Wednesday afternoon ;-)...not coughing as much now hehe. Lara Happy Anniversary. *waves to all* Juliexx PS does blowjob over there mean the same thing as it does over here??? *smiles innocently and exits stage left before she gets herself deleted*

Raw fish.............ew yukky !!! Cloves of garlic, fresh lemon slices (sorry Lems!) wrapped in foil and baked in the oven. *ditches idea of fish'n chips for dinner* Been a crappy day. Went shopping for that elusive little black dress. Looked into one shop, with no success, and the condescending old cow suggested I try Millers. Sheesh, didn't think I looked old enough to be told to shop at the same place as my MIL !!! This afternoon I wanted to do some work on my tree book. Calligraphy book is missing. Phoned the daughter, and she stole it. It's in her locker at uni. grrrrr!!!! then, as if the day wasn't crappy enough, someone finished all the crunchy peanut butter and left the smooth. I hate smooth. :-((

Hi All Yes Im still about. Thanks for asking SuziQ. I have been reading all the messages and by the time I get to the end I have to go and do something else. We are finally getting rain not heavy but its rain at least, need to build the dams up so we can still have our clean hydro power and not the coal power from the bass link. Its getting into the winter again and the same old talk about all the woodsmoke and wood heaters are bad for the envioronment, they dont believe that all the forestry and council burnoffs around the city have anything to do with it derrr lol. Jill Jill nice to see a newby on the threads I've been here since the thread statred but have been busy the last few days, as my name hints, I live down south in Tasmania. I have got a cousin coming over tonight to go through our family history together, we have never met each other and through 'Hot Matches we made contact and then found out we live in the same city. She asked if we drink wine so we could be in for a good evening. Have to try and keep up with the mad lot on here lol. Fingers crossed for Tattslotto tomorrow night. When I went to get my tickets yesterday I noticed that there is another big draw on June 3 (I think if I have the date right) about 27 million. that would be great to win. Who gets the tickets for that night??? Ok have to cook tea, Spag Bol tonight may catch you all later. Cheers Sue

I just had an Indian. Told her if she wasn't from Australia and wasn't from Telstra I didn't want to talk to her. She politely said thank you and put the receiver down. Another way is to ask them to hold on and then leave the phone off the hook for 10 mins LOL SuzyQ

Lew were are the Audsleys from in Yorkshire, the name does sound familiar. Do you have any Croxfords. There are hundreds of them. Came from Oxfordshire. Alway get about 20 on hot matches. SuzyQ

Lewella Report 19 May 2006 07:14

Oh Jill, hadn't thought about that! You must be clever with punctuation and the like. Friends of mine have an italian greyhound named 'Dizzy'. All my Audsleys are from Yorkshire, SuzyQ, so we're probably related! lol. Lew Lew x

Hi Jill, Glad to see you joining in. I am just trying to get dinner for the chickens, they try to get in the house at this time. The dog had to wait until the chooks get their's. The easiest way to get them into the pen is with food. Just like our men, ruled by their tummy's. Lew, I would love to see how the ex tries to get out of this one. Would be a good story line for B & B. SuzyQ
