Hi Lyn, The Wattlers only got together on this thread last year during the visit of a lady called Honey Rum (Anne) coming to Oz to visit some rellies. There was a mini-meet in Bowral area I seem to remember then about 6 or7 of us met in Sydney and it all went down hill from there lol. There have been some local getogethers and then Yarrawonga was the most adventuresome yet. If you are south of Sydney then you are close to a few of us - Canberra, Wollongong and Campbelltown and Sans Souci. Just got back from dinner - I took hubby out :) and we met some friends down from QLD so great evening. Hubby spent the afternoon putting pictures of ancestors up on the walls. ~~~~~~~~~ Vonny

I'm wearing my tiara to the Brissie meet 'cos my full crown is a little intimidating. I was thinking about the feather boa, but it depends on the weather. There was......I think........9 at the Wonga meet. They all went for the weekend and took their partners. Looking at the photos, it seems as tho' they had a great time. There will be about.....6 at Brissie. There is a meet at Mudgee in February next year. Another weekend thing because of distance to travel. Trifley x

Hi Lyn Yes, the Wattlers have had quite a few 'meets'. The last one was a couple of weeks ago in Yarrawonga. The next one is for us up here inQld. It's on Saturday 10th June at the treasury Casino in Brisvegas. Where are you? Jill...another sherry drinker...wonderful.
