Paul I was so excited to go on a secondary school trip to London (from Plymouth) so times certainly have changed! With him being an only child, and epileptic, it would be very easy to wrap him in cotton wool and not let him do anything, but we are determined that he will live life to the full and have a great time. Still miss him though ....... LOL!! Mandy :) |

It’s ‘cutting the apron strings’ time for me! Our 17-year-old son, Jordan, has gone off on his first school trip abroad and is currently many thousand miles up in the air. It wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t mind flying myself, but I hate it and consequently hate the thought of him being up there! Mind you, it appears that, in true Jordan style, he has already entertained the troops by getting searched going through check in. Apparently he forgot to remove his Medic Alert bracelet before going through the scanner. Durr, typical teenager lol! I know that he is going to have a fantastic time and their schedule is crammed full every day…but I still miss my baby. He’s back on Thursday morning, yippee! Mandy :( |
